Welcome to PhenotypeSeeker

model and predict the phenotypes of your sequenced bacteria

PhenotypeSeeker Web Tool

PhenotypeSeeker Web Tool enables to use pre-trained models to predict phenotypes from bacterial genome data.
Models are trained on datasets dervied from the PATRICBRC database.

The example genome files can be downloaded from the links below:

Enterococcus faecalis fasta (3.6 MB) Pseudomonas aeruginosa fasta.gz (3.6 MB)

Tarball of two genomes tar.gz (3.8 MB)

The sequences are kept confidential and will be deleted after two hours from the submission.
The results are available for one week at the URL given at the submission.
