About the program:

GT4Multiplx 1.0 counts PCR products for all possible PCR primers pairs with GenomeTester. Program generates scores table usable for MultiPLX program. Output of this program helps to eliminate wrong PCR product within all multiplex groups.

This web-based program needs to have inputfile in three columns separated by tabs: ID, left primer sequence and right primer sequence. Here is a sample file.
