- Fixed the input control. Now all non-valid characters (execpt ATCGN) are
converted to 'N'.

- Fixed the bug with oligotm executable parameters -tp and -sc. Both
parameters now have correct values (1) that specifies the table of
thermodynamic parameters and the method of melting temperature calculation.
All melting temperatures are now SantaLucia-correct.
