Dataset used in this example is from Human Microbiome Project (Mock Community), sample "Illumina sequencing of HMP Mock Community even sample "(Sample in SRA database). You can also download the sample from our website in FASTA format if you prefer not to work with sra format (Sample in FASTA format)

The sample was obtained by mixing various bacteria in the lab and performing Illumina sequencing directly on the mixed sample. It gives a good overview how StrainSeeker handles metagenomic samples.
